Ovulation discomfort... - thigh pain during ovulation

I always had cramps when ovulating, but is rare in this month. I was the typical ovulation cramps on my left side and again throughout the day, but then the pain started to go in my inner thigh, one (it's on and off, is not constant). I also had a slight backache and stomach is a bit annoying. Has similar symptoms to the experience during ovulation? All the ideas on which this month is different and why I feel this?
