My husband and I bought the Meijer store brand bread. This is the kind with sliced wide. It consists of corn syrup free, corn syrup, fructose, hydrogenated oils, and everything that's wrong. I also prefer to take care of the light of Schwebel whole wheat bread, but not so. (Schwebel's bakery in Ohio.) I'm fine with that because he is not as demanding as I am with the meal, but I helped a little.
